PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (AP) - The remaining puppies rescued from a Parkersburg kennel are being offered up for adoption to local residents. Of the nearly 1,000 puppies rescued from Whispering Oaks Kennel, only 65 remain at the Humane Society shelter in Parkersburg.
